You warrant that You are at least 18 years of age and possesses the legal authority to enter into this Agreement and to use the services offered on this Site in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. In the event You are a minor then the person paying on your behalf [Payee] hereby agrees to supervise your usage, and be responsible for all your actions whilst using your computer and/or account to access MySchoolPage. The courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over this Policy and the Terms and Conditions.
