We are looking for an experienced operations manager to

·         Lead the Operations function, which includes including IT and customer support

·         Define and continuously monitor operational SLAs and KPIs

·         Implement the right processes in the function and enable business growth

·         Draft, deploy and review the operational SOPs with operational efficiency and continuous improvement objectives

·         Handle project management for operational excellence initiatives

·         Communicate effectively within and outside the team

·         Supervise, motivate and coach the team members

·         Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for the function,

To succeed is this role, you should also be a good problem-solver with sharp, analytical thinking. You should also be willing to stretch your limits and available time. If you are result-oriented and have excellent organizational skills, we’d like to meet you


·         Previous experience as an operations supervisor or similar role

·         Hands-on experience implementing operational processes

·         Excellent organizational and leadership ability

·         Outstanding communication – written and verbal and negotiation skills

·         Knowledge of operational principles and policies

·         Knowledge of data analytics and reporting

·         Analytical mind and attention to detail

·         Organizational skills and Team leadership

·         Any Graduate, a degree in operations management or business administration is preferred

·         MBA or MS in Operations Management is a plus

·         Prince2, Six-Sigma, ITIL, PMP certifications/projects are a plus
